Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
